What diabetes research would make a difference to you?

Thank you for your interest in this project. We are running a national survey to identify and prioritise topics of future research that are most important to people affected by diabetes in Australia.
This is your chance to have your say.

Or scroll down to learn more.

You can take part if:

• You have diabetes (any type) or have/had gestational diabetes
• You are a relative (family member) or carer of someone with diabetes
• You are 18 years or over

Before you decide to take part, it is important you understand what is involved.
Please read through the Plain Language Statement. If you like, you can print/save a copy, or email the researchers for a copy for your own reference. This Statement includes information about the project, such as what is involved, and how we will use your data.

If you are interested in taking part, we will ask a few questions to make sure you are eligible. If you are, you will be able to access the survey.

This project is being conducted by the Australian Centre for Behavioural Research in Diabetes. This is a partnership with Diabetes Victoria and Deakin University. It is funded by the Diabetes Australia Research Program.

The Australian Centre for Behavioural Research in Diabetes acknowledges the traditional custodians of our lands and pays respect to their Elders, past, present, and emerging.
